At the end of last year, Seclusiasis released DNAEBEATS instrumental album – Secrets Worth Dying For. His signature beats and blaps stormed through a variety of vibes and styles, showcasing his creativity and prowess and all the while encompassing the street bass sound. The album was widely bumped in the clubs, streets and critics earbuds. Now DNAE and Seclusiasis are back with a two track single that rocks the more hip hop end of the spectrum. Some may notice that the “Let Me Hit That” instrumental appeared on the Secrets album under the title “Disko Blunt.”

Packing serious heat, the featured MCs here are certainly nothing to scoff at. The first lady of Rhymesayers, Psalm One, appears on both cuts; showing off her dextrous flow and clever wordplay. Chicago’s Psalm One has been a respected female rapper for years and is poised to release a new album in 2011. Casual (of the famed Heiroglyphics crew) steps up with his catchy inflections to ride the blap. As one of the core members of Heiro, Casual is a name that is synonymous with West Coast underground hip hop. And the bay area’s hyphy kingpin, Mistah FAB, stops through to lay down a slick verse with his effortless flow. Hot off his May released mixtape, The Grind Is a Terrible Thing To Waste 2, FAB is at the top of his game!

DNAEBEATS has been a force to be reckoned with on the underground scene for years. A San Francisco based artist who’s developed a unique sound and style, DNAEBEATS has an extensive hip hop resume. Besides being producer and tour DJ for Gift of Gab (of Blackalicious), he’s worked with MF Grimm, Quannum Projects, Z-Man and more. Now this man has been carving out a niche for himself as a solo artist.
