I decided to contribute my infamous cauliflower casserole to this years Thanksgiving feast.
This was one of my first concoctions when I started getting into cooking, a million years ago. Its relatively simple, this is what ya need:
turkey or soy bacon (optional)
The main thing is the cauliflower, so let it be the star, but the potatoes are in there for texture and filler.
I’m a spaz so I have to tweak it up and make the recipe a little different all the time. In recent years I been adding a small amount of diced up bacon to add some smokey satly vibes. For this batch I rocked 5 cheeses – colby, monterey jack, cheddar, parmesean and romano plus some smoked turkey bacon and a variety of spices. Have fun with it, put your own twist on it.
