Brighton based artist Manni Dee teams up with Croydon’s Deft to conjure up this 3 track EP of juke inspired goodness!
These two UK artists have been bubbling on the underground bass music scene for the last few years. Manni Dee has released on labels such as Vermin Street, Hit and Hope and Saturate Records, while Deft has dropped tunes on Rwina, WotNot Music, Brownswood Recordings and K7! Records.
All three of the tracks on the Stamina Punch EP have a strong footwork backbone with thick atmospheric vibes and sci-fi synths threading through thumping beats and chopped vocals. The lead track, “Jungle Jook,” is the debut collaborative effort by the duo and shows how their production prowess joins forces, and then they flex their own styles for a song each.
