Generic Man, aka Rob Jones, is a new school producer, dj, mc, engineer, and promoter. Generic does not mean plain. Generic means having no particular style. Generic Man is hip hop and Dirty Jerzy to the core, but he's open to and expresses all forms of good music. From stateside grime to 60's jazz, Generic's DJ sets make people move and have fun. As a producer and engineer, his techniques make you think, ponder, and listen. As an mc, it's hard to believe that these words came from this head. Style separates man. Generic Man expresses himself totally and completely without depending on style.
